Where It Began

Jammu mornings have a particular texture — mist settling over the hills, the smell of cardamom and saffron drifting from kitchen windows, the Tawi river catching the early sun. Ayushi grew up surrounded by this landscape, and by a family tradition of brewing something warm before the day properly began. It wasn't ceremony for its own sake. It was a way of marking time, of giving a few quiet minutes their own shape before the noise of the day arrived.

That instinct — small, deliberate pauses built into the rhythm of a day — became the seed for Kesar Bloom.

The First Blend

The earliest version of what would become Kesar Bloom was made in a small kitchen, tested on family before anyone else — adjusted, argued over, adjusted again. Ayushi wasn't interested in trends or shortcuts. The goal was simple: real botanicals, honestly sourced, blended with enough care that you could taste the difference.

What started as a handful of jars on a kitchen counter slowly became a small line of blends, each one built around a different moment in the day — a quiet morning, a slow evening, the in-between hours that often go unmarked.

Building Kesar Bloom

Today, Kesar Bloom is still shaped by that same philosophy — small batches, honest ingredients, and blends designed around the rhythm of a real day rather than a trend cycle. Every pouch that leaves Jammu carries a little of that landscape with it: the hills, the light, the unhurried mornings that started it all.
